Manny is a regular speaker at the annual CPAPNG conference and CPD training in Port Moresby, Lae, Madang and Kokopo. His presentation at this particular conference in 2016 was held at the Gateway Hotel in Port Moresby. Not known to him was a foreign journalist who attended the conference must have been interested in the topic, took this photo, and published this article below.
